1 Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the tar530 website accessible at https://tar530.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised views, and any associated applications made available by the Company.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform, used to access betting, gaming, and financial services.
• "Player Balance" means the aggregate of real money funds held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds and credited winnings, but excluding bonus funds unless explicitly converted per these Terms.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins monetary equivalents, cashback amounts, or loyalty rewards credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets (calculated as a stated multiple of bonus or deposit amount) that must be completed before Bonus Funds become withdrawable as real money.

• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on tar530, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a representative capacity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate Accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
3. You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as determined by the Company from time to time.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of the Company or its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, or service providers.
6. You must not be a person who has previously been self-excluded from tar530 or any affiliated platform during an active exclusion period.
7. You must access the Platform only for your own personal, recreational betting purposes and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
8. You must not be subject to any legal prohibition in your country of residence that would make your registration or use of the Platform unlawful.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual (determined by matching personal data, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address), the Company reserves the right to close all such Accounts and retain any funds held therein.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• Valid date of birth demonstrating you are 21 or older
• A valid, active email address to which you have exclusive access
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes
• Your current residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah, IDR)

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify the Company promptly of any material changes via the customer support channels listed in Section 16.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify tar530 customer support immediately. The Company will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

3.4 Account Termination by Player

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Player Balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

4 KYC & Identity Verification

4.1 Verification Requirements

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations, tar530 requires Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests or when cumulative deposits reach thresholds set by the Company's compliance team. Required documents typically include:

• Primary ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid passport
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past 3 months, showing your full name and residential address
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your primary ID document alongside your face, taken on the same day as submission

4.2 Processing Time

The Company aims to process KYC submissions within 1 to 24 hours during standard business days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). Submissions received outside these hours or requiring additional review may take up to 3 business days. Players will be notified of approval, rejection, or requests for supplementary documentation via their registered email address.

4.3 Right to Request Additional Documentation

The Company reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to source-of-funds declarations, enhanced due diligence questionnaires, or video identity verification, in accordance with its AML policies. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending compliance review.

5 Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tar530 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. VIP Players may request higher limits by contacting their dedicated account manager or customer support.

5.3 Own Funds Requirement

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. The use of payment accounts belonging to third parties—including family members, friends, or any other person—is strictly prohibited. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be refunded to the originating account (subject to applicable processing fees), and the Player's Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.4 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer deposits are typically reflected in your Player Balance within 5 to 15 minutes of successful transfer confirmation. E-wallet deposits are generally processed within seconds. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's processing times, public holidays, or technical outages on the payment provider's infrastructure.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player and determined by their bank or e-wallet provider.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

To submit a withdrawal request, you must have:

• A fully verified KYC status (see Section 4)
• A positive Player Balance in real money funds (Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable)
• Completed any required minimum wagering on initial deposits as stipulated in active promotions
• A verified payment method registered in your own name

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following schedule:

• Standard Accounts: Within 24 hours of request approval
• VIP Gold & Platinum Accounts: Within 12 hours of request approval
• VIP Diamond & Black Diamond Accounts: Within 6 hours of request approval (priority processing)

Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your bank's processing times. The Company aims to initiate all transfers within the stated windows, but cannot guarantee recipient bank processing speeds.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits are determined by Account tier and may be reviewed upon request by Players with consistent transaction history. Single-transaction withdrawal limits apply; amounts exceeding the single-transaction maximum must be submitted across multiple requests.

6.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

As a standard anti-fraud measure, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not technically possible (for example, if the originating account has been closed), the Company will request verification of an alternative account held in the Player's own name before processing the transfer.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees

tar530 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own interbank transfer fees, which are outside the Company's control and are the Player's sole responsibility.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by tar530 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players who register an Account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible to claim tar530's Welcome Bonus. Eligibility, bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and applicable wagering requirements are stated on the relevant promotion page. The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, device, or IP address.

7.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount (not the deposit amount)
• Only bets placed with Bonus Funds count toward wagering; bets placed with real money Player Balance do not
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, live table games may contribute a lower percentage — specific contributions are listed in the promotion terms)
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period

7.4 Bonus Abuse

tar530 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using different Accounts, exploiting promotional terms through low-risk or hedged betting patterns, coordinating with other Players to take advantage of promotions, or providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, suspend or permanently terminate the Account, and recover any bonus amounts that have already been withdrawn.

7.5 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting (typically 7 to 30 days, as specified per promotion). Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress that have not been completed before expiry will be automatically removed from the Account. The Company does not extend bonus validity periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

The Company reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any Bet at its sole discretion without prior notice or explanation. A Bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and assigned a unique Bet reference number by the Platform's system. Bets placed verbally, via email, or through any channel other than the Platform interface are not accepted.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of bet placement. Limits may vary by market, game type, and Player Account tier. The Company may adjust stake limits at any time and may apply individual account-level limits where it determines this is necessary to manage risk exposure.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or system failure that materially affects the outcome or settlement of a Bet, the Company reserves the right to void affected Bets and return stakes to the Player's Account. Where a malfunction occurs mid-game in an RNG casino product, the session will be voided and the stake returned. The Company's decision in such matters is final.

8.4 Sports Betting — Specific Rules

Sports betting markets on tar530 — including football (judi bola), basketball, badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports — are governed by the market-specific rules displayed within each betting market. Key principles include:

• Bets placed after the official start of an event are void unless explicitly offered as in-play markets
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be paid; if one leg is void, the parlay is recalculated with the remaining legs
• Handicap markets (voor bola) are settled based on the handicap stated at time of bet placement, not at the time of event commencement
• Results are settled on official scores at the end of regular time unless the market explicitly states extra time or penalties
• In the event of match postponement exceeding 48 hours from the originally scheduled kick-off, all Bets are voided and stakes returned

8.5 Lottery & Specialty Games

Lottery products including togel (traditional numbers lottery) are governed by the specific draw schedules, prize structures, and settlement rules displayed within the lottery section of the Platform. 10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the tar530 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate illegitimate winnings
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live dealer games, or other competitive formats
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tar530 staff or other Players through any communication channel
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or other circumvention technology
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Platform or its underlying software
• Reproducing, republishing, or redistributing any content from the Platform without prior written authorization from the Company
• Creating or operating affiliate marketing activity for tar530 without entering into a formal written affiliate agreement with the Company

11 Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property on the tar530 Platform — including but not limited to the tar530 brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, game content (where licensed), written content, graphics, and databases — is either owned by the Company or licensed to it by third-party rights holders. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, license, or permission to use any Intellectual Property beyond what is strictly necessary to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes.

Game content, including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, remains the exclusive property of the respective studio and is made available to Players under the terms of the Company's licensing arrangements with those providers. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of such content is strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 Service Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tar530 makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service availability, the Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability; the Company will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

12.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of the Player's deposited funds in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

The Company expressly excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.4 Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from a Force Majeure event. In such circumstances, the Company's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event, and the Company will use reasonable endeavors to notify affected Players and resume normal operations as soon as practicable.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by tar530 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

tar530 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, PCI DSS compliant payment processing, and strict internal access controls to protect Player data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute data security beyond the commercially reasonable measures it employs.

14 Amendments to These Terms

tar530 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required to address security vulnerabilities, comply with regulatory requirements, or prevent harm to Players or the Company.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your Player Balance.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered and licensed. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by country and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

15.2 Dispute Resolution Procedure

In the event of a dispute between a Player and tar530, the following procedure applies:

1. Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Contact tar530 customer support via live chat or email (see Section 16) with a detailed description of the dispute. The Company will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to the Company's compliance team by replying to the support thread and requesting escalation. The compliance team will review the matter independently and respond within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — External Mediation: If the dispute remains unresolved following internal escalation, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by the Company's operating license. 15.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms must be raised within 6 months of the date on which the Player became aware (or ought reasonably to have become aware) of the circumstances giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.
